Our Services

We are ideally suited to provide the preventive maintenance services of sealcoating, asphalt patching, crack filling, and pavement marking (striping) for driveways, apartment complexes, shopping centers, church parking lots, commercial business properties, etc. We can provide our services during off business hours (nights and weekends) for facilities that need to maintain normal business operations.

Sealcoating

Sealcoating asphalt seals the small cracks that can turn into large cracks and prevents water from seeping down to the base material. It prevents the oxidation and erosion of the top layer and replaces fine particles lost from the asphalt surface due to oxidation of the older pavements. It also resists gas, diesel fuel, oil, salt, and chemical penetration which will break down the bond between the aggregate and the liquid asphalt. The dark black color of the newly applied sealcoat improves the appearance of new and old asphalt, making your driveway or parking lot look near brand new.

Crack filling

Crack filling your asphalt driveway or parking lot surface is a very important part of extending the life of your asphalt surface. The two most important reasons you need to maintain and repair the cracks are because you don’t want moisture to penetrate under the asphalt surface (causing more damage to your driveway or parking lot) and because vegetation will begin growing in the cracks. As the roots on vegetation get bigger, they can actually push the pavement up and create even more damage. This breaks the pavement surface and other problems begin occurring.

Asphalt patching

Patching is the process of excavating isolated potholes and replacing them with new asphalt. Even the best asphalt pavements are subject to deterioration due to water and sunlight damage after a period of time. Water intrusion is the leading cause of pavement failure, which eventually creates cracks and, ultimately, potholes. Properly sealing those cracks will greatly reduce the amount of water that enters into the sub-base and virtually eliminate further damage to the asphalt.

Pavement marking (Striping)

One of the biggest benefits of striping your parking lot is safety. When lines are faded or do not exist in your parking lot, there is no structure or guidance for your customers to know where to park. You will find visitors parking in places that block intersections, access to sidewalks, business entrances, exits, and more. All of these things can result in vehicles needing to be towed, fire department issues, door dings, fender benders, and even accidents. These types of accidents almost always result in naming you and your company as the responsible party.  Having your parking lot lines, curbs, handicap, and directional arrows painted can save you a great deal of time and money.
